I spend my time where operational data meets decisions that cost real money — demand forecasts that set inventory levels, OTIF numbers that trigger vendor conversations, supplier risk scores that decide who gets the next contract.

Four years in, my toolkit spans SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel, layered on an engineering (B.E.) and MBA (Operations Management) foundation, plus a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for when the fix isn't a dashboard but a process.

Before analytics, I spent four years as a Quality Control Engineer on manufacturing floors — which is why my dashboards tend to ask "so what do we do about this" rather than just report the number.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization Model

  • Built a time-series demand forecasting model in Python (Pandas + statistical methods) on transaction history pulled via SQL.
  • Benchmarked it against a machine-learning approach (Prophet/regression) to test AI-assisted forecast accuracy gains.
  • Designed a Power BI inventory dashboard surfacing fast/slow-moving SKUs, safety stock levels, and forecast-vs-actual variance.
